These terms govern consultations, orders, and communications with Purda House of Fashion ("Purda," "we," "us"). By submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Virtual Design Consultation fee is $25, non-refundable. It reserves your appointment slot and covers a 25-minute conversation about your design vision, materials, timeline, and budget. This consultation is a mutual-fit conversation and does not guarantee that we will accept your project.
If you move forward with an order, a separate $50 booking fee applies when your pricing tier is assigned. This fee is non-refundable but is credited toward your final dress total.
Pricing is assigned by tier (Standard Collection, Core Collection, High-End Custom, or Luxury Bespoke) based on design complexity, fabric, and construction time, and varies by category (Prom & Gala, Bridal Couture, Reception & Birthday). Pricing includes your fitting appointment and standard alterations.
A deposit is required at booking to reserve your production slot and begin design work. Deposits and installment payments are non-refundable once production begins. We accept Zelle, PayPal, card, Klarna, and Affirm; processing fees may apply depending on payment method.
Production timing depends on your event date and design complexity. Rush production may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Fittings are typically 2–4 hours; garments are custom-fitted and alterations outside the scope of the original design may carry additional charges.
Consultation fees, booking fees, and deposits are non-refundable. If your slot is cancelled due to incomplete payment, your place in our production schedule may be released to another client.

Purda House of Fashion is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, third-party fabric suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
