Welcome to Purda house of fashion, Our journey began in the vibrant markets and bustling workshops of Nigeria, where we learned the art of sewing from skilled artisans. These early experiences instilled in us a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the transformative power of fashion.
We have honed our skills, learning to create traditional wedding guest dresses, beautiful prom dresses , stunning bridal gowns, and elegant wedding attire. Each stitch carried the wisdom of generations, and each fabric told a story of heritage and beauty.

HOW TO ORDER
Hello there, future Purr Queen! Please take note of the following important information:
General Information:
All orders are placed exclusively through Instagram Direct Message, via text at (470) 625-2909, or email at purdadesigns@gmail.com.
- Initial Inquiry: Send a picture of your desired style inspirations, the date you need your outfit, dress size and your location to get a price estimate before booking your consultation.
- Custom-Made Dresses: Our dresses are custom-made based on your actual measurements. The creation and delivery process typically takes 3 weeks to 4 months. If you need your dress in less than 3 weeks, an additional cost of 20-35% will be applied.
- Shipping for out of state clients: All dress prices exclude shipping. Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $25.
Dress Consultation Service:
- Sketch Design Finalization: We’ll work with you to finalize the design details of your dress.
- Body Measurements: We’ll guide you through the process of taking accurate body measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
- Online Consultation: For online clients, we’ll conduct the consultation via video call. You’ll need a tape measure and someone to assist you with taking the measurements during the call.
Important Note:
During the sewing period, it’s crucial to maintain your actual weight, especially as many of our dresses have limited or no stretch. Any significant weight change, whether gain or loss, can impact the fit of the dress, and customers are responsible for this aspect.
*out of state clients have an option of coming to the studio for a physical fitting

Frequently Asked Questions
Are your dresses premade?
Our dresses are custom-made to fit each client. If you need your dress sooner, please call us directly to arrange an express order.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do offer payment plans. Installment payments of 4 TO 5 PARTS are allowed, but please note that a 60% deposit is required to start the dress.
Do you provide videos of the dress when it’s made?
Yes, we provide videos of the completed dress for our clients to see and approve the design.
How many fittings are required before I can pick up my dress?
Clients can choose to pick up their dress at the first fitting. Typically, fittings last 2-4 hours for a single fitting or 1 to 1.5 hours for two fittings.
Can I make changes to my design at the fitting?
Clients can make changes before the completion of the garment. Any major changes requested after completion will incur an additional charge. We encourage our clients to provide inspirational pictures to communicate their design preferences.
Do you provide fabrics?
Yes, we provide fabrics, rhinestone detailing, and all necessary materials for our clients.
What do I need to provide for my video call consultation?
For the consultation, please have the following ready:
- A tape measure (examples provided below)
- A proper push-up bra (no sports bra), tank top, camisole, or bra alone
- Close-fitting pants and ideally the heel height shoes you plan to wear
